Talent attraction, talent retention, employer branding, diversity, and employee experience are important points of focus for most talent acquisition teams, however these initiatives often run adjacent to each other rather than within a coordinated framework.

Many teams are realizing that by unifying efforts across multiple activities, the sum is nearly always greater than the parts. This is especially true when it comes to talent acquisition, diversity, and branding.

Join us for a free webinar on Thursday, March 24, at 2pm ET, as Jacquese Brown, Atiba Page, Weston Fillman, and Jessica Jolley discuss the importance of synergizing efforts between TA, diversity, and branding, and how when goals in these areas are clearly and realistically defined, the results can exceed what the C-suite ever thought was possible.

Key discussion points of this webinar will be:

  • Defining diversity and branding goals
  • Investing beyond the role and funding resources
  • Speaking the language of business
  • Producing results that exceed expectations

Register for free to reserve your seat now. Can’t attend? No problem! Register for the webinar, and you’ll receive a link to view the video recording the next day. Everyone who attends the live broadcast will receive HRCI and SHRM credits. If you have any issues with the registration process, reach out to us directly at webinars@ere.net.
