Currently, he leads TA Operational Excellence for the Americas region at IHG Hotels & Resorts. In his current role, he is responsible for strategically aligning the Americas with global TA initiatives and operationalizing those initiatives across the company’s regional corporate and hotel footprint. His recent leadership roles prior to IHG included leading TA at Life Fitness during its transition from being a subsidiary of a publicly traded organization to a stand-alone, privately held company and, more recently, leading recruiting delivery and enablement for Phreesia, a healthcare technology company.
