Artificial intelligence in recruiting just works. At this point, that’s undeniable. So why aren’t more employers using it?

New research from Paradox and the CandE Benchmark Research and Awards Program reveals definitively that 65% of survey respondents said that AI improved hourly hiring, and 62% of candidates said that AI actually makes the hiring process more human. And yet, less than 15% of companies are currently using AI recruiting technologies.

Why?

Well, let’s get to the bottom of that. On Wednesday, August 21, from 1 PM ET to 2 PM ET, join ERE Vice President of Research Kevin Grossman and Paradox Vice President of Marketing and Client Advocacy Joshua Secrest as they analyze the latest findings from the CandE Benchmark Research to extrapolate critical takeaways and trends, while deciphering why there’s a major delta between AI ROI and AI adoption.

Other research highlights will include:

  • Cost, complexity, and a poor candidate experience were the primary internal challenges to implementing AI recruiting technologies.
  • For those survey respondents who said AI recruiting technologies improved their hourly hiring, the utilization increase was all about candidate communications.
  • The top candidate experience improvement from utilizing AI recruiting technologies is that it made interviews easier to schedule and/or reschedule.
  • And much more!
