Taylor Franco leads global university and diversity recruiting at Celanese, a Fortune 500 chemical innovation and manufacturing company. With a background in TA, sales and marketing, and customer service, she joined Celanese four years ago to transform the university model. Taylor is also a member of the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP) and just completed the first year-long Diversity Equity and Inclusion cohort through ATAP.
