Marvin Booker is a native Texan adjusting to the cold winters of the Midwest while serving as a Technical Sourcer for a Bay Area Tech company. He was honored to become a part of the SourceCon family at SourceCon Digital 2.0 in 2020. Over the last 10 years, he has recruited for Marketing, Accounting, HR, IT, Software Engineering, ML, and Data Engineering roles as both a Full-cycle Recruiter and as a Sourcer in-house. Marvin got his start in Executive Search with a focus on Consumer Products, and has recruited across the US.
